We are in Oregon and got our brackets fast! The boxes were a bit beat up, but they came a long way. The product was perfect for our use!

Brackets are very heavy duty and made with precision. I was doing a 17” overhang on an island. Joe was blue to help me select the correct size. I would highly recommend your product!

I'm very pleased with this company. I called to verify what I was looking to do with our kitchen island remodel and the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We chopped a high bar area and made it one level. We attached four brackets to the lowered pony wall to extend the granite out 16 inches. They were very helpful on the phone and the brackets shipped out that same day after I got off the phone and ordered online. If I run into another project that I can use these, I will not hesitate to order from them again. It's a good solid product.

Second opportunity and worked great with low profile support across cabinet tops for my large island dining surface. Strong and slim and true to shape and size. Expensive but worth it. Will do it a third time if I move again. Will recommend as well.

I knew i needed brackets when i started remodeling my kitchen. The designer said we would be ok spanning out to 12"...I didnt trust them. I started searching hinge Amazon on a Sunday evening and found The Original Granite Bracket. I emailed Joe because I didn't know what I needed. Monday morning g at 8:15 I received a sketch from him as well as a quote for a custom bracket. Since my tops were coming in a week I called and asked Joe "how long?". We can get it made today and shipped out he said, you'll have it by Thursday. I thought to myself, that'll never happen. Monday afternoon at 3 I received an email that they shipped, and I had them Wednesday evening by 7, cool. Now what do I do with them? I notched my tops, 12 notches in all. For some reason I had some difficulty with one of them, but it all worked out fine. The countertop installers made me pull out all of the bra kets so they could set the top, thenthey lifted it so I could slide them back in. Everything worked out well, but I did need to shim the one that didn't go in perfect, no worries. I don't receive great service often from local companies, so a big thank you to Joe for doing what he said he would. I suspect the brackets weren't the cheapest I could've found, but free shipping and the customer service really made up for it. Hang strong and stay level!

Overalll I am very glad I found these brackets! Great job Granite Bracket! They are very sturdy and exactly what I needed. The one suggestion I would make is to switch to a more secure screw head like torx instead of the phillips, I had a little trouble with the screws stripping.

Our quartz countertop installer insisted on supports due to the overhang, and recommended The Original Granite Bracket. Unfortunately, we had very little time between learning this and our installation date. I called Original Granite Brackets and gave them the measurements we needed, and they told me that one of the sizes was out of stock. I explained our situation--if we had to postpone our countertop install date, we would have to wait several weeks for a new day to install. Without hesitation, they told us they would make the bracket that afternoon and ship them with next-day delivery. Our cabinet installer was able to install them in time for our countertop installation, and he was as impressed as we were by the product and the company.

Great job by Joe in advising brackets to support a large granite slab (52"x74") for our kitchen island (30"x54"). He recommended 2 hidden island bracket and built a custom bracket to support a large overhang (20 to 22") without the need for a supporting post.

After chatting with our general contractor about the idea of floating bench for a bathroom remodel, I decide to do some research for products that are speficially made for the purpose and low and behold I found your site. Shipping was fast and painless even though I was shipping to Canada. The initial purpose of getting the floating bench kit was... well... to do a floating bench. After demo we found a stack in an unexpected location (white circle in the first pic) so we had to pivot and build it in to a bench to hide the stack but it also allowed for the plumbing for a steam unit (making lemonaide out of lemons). The contractor commented on how easy it was to install and it'll save him a ton of time on future renos. Sturdy (I'm not the smallest of guys) and looks great. Everyone who sees it loves it. If I ever have to do a bathroom reno again, I'd but this in a second.

The brackets are well designed and made. I've ordered customized ones, there were some dimensional issues, but they resolved it perfectly. Besides the brackets, the provided wood screws are superior quality. Great quality and arrived sooner than expected

The hidden island support brackets are perfect for our application of Dekton countertops with overhanging sections. We first used them three years ago for our full kitchen remodel, and have just used them again for a basement rehabilitation. I ordered three and only needed two for the current project. Return and refund was easy and fast.

The shower bench bracket allowed me to add a floating bench in a new shower I was constructing for a bathroom. The bracket was sturdy and easy to install. The floating bench is 42 inches in length by 11 inches wide. Your product was just as advertised. I actually got the idea for the bracket from a YouTube video by That Tile Chick who gave great instructions on how to install a floating shower bench. She only uses one bracket in that video but for my purposes I used 2 just for extra strength. Overall very pleased with the product and when I remodel my master bath I will definitely order a few more for that project as well.
